A bright and sunny place to eat and relax. Further patio doors leading right onto the patio and back garden. At night this is a fantastic place to see the stars and listen to the sea.

A large patio area is accessed from the lounge and from the sun room, with a gas barbecue, garden table, chairs and sun loungers. This leads onto a large level lawned area, gated on both sides of the house

Muted colours and a fabulously sumptuous king-size bed, sleep will easily come in this haven which includes an en-suite shower and basin

There is a small lawned front garden and driveway which can comfortably accommodate two cars bordered with a traditional cornish wall.
